Designed a balanced façade to meet the LL criteria. Redraw the store in a timely manner to address the changing  structural conditions and keep the project on track for the mall’s grand opening. Provided the necessary operational spaces to run an efficient BOH. Successfully collaborated with the construction manager, leasing, and the sales team to pull the project together on time.
