Managed the integration of security cameras, intrusion devices, and telecommunications devices. Onboarded sound system vendor and coordinated the shop drawings, installation, and music content management. Onboarded lighting vendors and worked closely with the AOR to develop the ceiling layout. Created the floor layout and defined the customer navigation flow. Selected seating area furniture. Strategically worked to define the Point-of-Sale location, power requirements, and installation details. Performed construction visit evaluations to identify risks, manage GC and subcontractors, and ensured the design intent was carried out successfully.
