Senior Store Design Manager, Amazon Style (9/2020 - 11/2023)

Innovated and created new experiences to secure consumer engagement.  Conceptualized environments that appealed to target demographic. Designed stores, including FF&E layout, RCP, associate areas, restrooms, and finish plans.

• Created design templates for leadership presentations to enhance decision-making process.

• Technically executed store layouts and developed planning strategy including, ideal walkway widths, fixture placement and spacing, and ideal department depths.

• Developed flexible lighting design program and documented reflected ceiling plan guidelines.

• Oversaw network and telecommunications design integration, collaborating with technical teams and external vendors.

• Handled physical integration of security and loss prevention equipment, and developed guidelines working with global security.

Frontloaded store projects, and created space diagrams and presentation packages, for over 100 projects.

• Analyzed profitability of different sites to ensure a good turnover, by looking at sales performance of similar store locations, when creating estimates.

• Performed site surveys, construction walks, and store follow-up visits to ensure design intent and commercial idea were successfully executed.

• Worked with legal, real estate, and construction teams to ensure LOI and leases met company design standards. Worked with city officials on retail concept development for historic sites.
